Senior Pastor, Bethel Presbyterian Church Todd Smedley is the Senior Pastor of Fourth Presbyterian Church in Bethesda, MD. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a doctorate in Historical Theology from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland.
