Join the C.S. Lewis Institute’s Biblical Study Program in Turkey and Greece as we explore the missionary journeys of the Apostle Paul, the Apostle John, and some of the major cities of the New Testament. This 15-day/14-night pilgrimage will provide participants with the opportunity for spiritual enrichment through on-site biblical backgrounds teaching, devotional reflection, worship, and Christian fellowship.

Dr. Jim Martin, founder of Bible Worlds Seminars, author of A Visual Guide to Bible Events, and experienced biblical study travel leader for over 30 years will provide expert historical and cultural background commentary.  Dr. Joel Woodruff, President of the C.S. Lewis Institute, who did post-graduate work in biblical backgrounds and archaeology will provide devotional insights and lead the group in times of worship on location.

Purpose: To explore on-site the land, culture, geography, and archaeology of the biblical world in Turkey and Greece with an aim toward personal spiritual growth in the areas of biblical study and discipleship.  This will be a study tour and will provide enriching commentary and teaching on biblical events and culture as we see first-hand the history, beauty, and terrain where the Gospel was spread through the missionary work of the early apostles and disciples of Jesus Christ.

Study Program Package: Turkey and Greece Land Program includes lodging, 2 meals per day (breakfast and dinner, except for last 2 dinners in Athens in order that participants can be free to enjoy The Plaka), taxes, tips, entrance fees, study materials, and guided tour of the lands of the Bible by world-class biblical backgrounds scholar and writer, Dr. Jim Martin, and C.S. Lewis staff.  Transportation throughout the tour beginning at the hotel in Istanbul and ending at the hotel in Athens will be provided including one flight from Istanbul to Antalya and one flight from Istanbul to Thessaloniki as well as bus transportation throughout the tour.
