Coming to Grips with Globalization

As cultures collide and continue to integrate in today's world, we are ever-more facing the reality of globalization. To this are mixed responses of glee and fear all revolving around the coming together of various elements of human civilization. As Christians, how are we to respond to globalization? Should we be cautious as the Israelites of the Old Testament were, who were told to not mix with the various Canaanite groups? Should we rejoice as we draw nearer the new song put forth in Revelation 5 where it is said of Christ that, "...by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation, and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth.” In this audio lecture, Dr. Os Guinness shares on the topic of globalization and how to come to terms with it.
