Timothy Keller
Pastor
Timothy Keller (September 23, 1950 – May 19, 2023) was the founding pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Manhattan, NY. He was also chairman and co-founder of Redeemer City to City, which has helped to launch over 200 churches in 35 cities. Keller received his MDiv from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and DMin from Westminster Theological Seminary. For over twenty years he led a diverse congregation of young professionals that has grown to a weekly attendance of over 5,000. Dr. Keller’s books include The Prodigal God: Recovering the Heart of the Christian Faith, Prayer: Experiencing Awe and Intimacy with God, The Reason for God: Belief in an Age of Skepticism and its prequel, Making Sense of GOD: An Invitation to the Skeptical.

Thomas A. Tarrants

Thomas A. Tarrants is President Emeritus of the C.S. Lewis Institute. After serving twelve years as president and nine years as vice President, he retired from his position as Vice President for Ministry and Director, Washington Area Fellows Program, with CSLI in June 2019. He holds a Master's of Divinity Degree, as well as a Doctor of Ministry Degree in Christian Spirituality. Tom is an ordained minister in the Evangelical Church Alliance and a member of the Evangelical Theological Society. He spends his time writing, mentoring, consulting and traveling. His life story is told in Consumed by Hate, Redeemed by Love, published by Thomas Nelson Publishers.

William L. Kynes
Pastor, Senior Fellow for Pastoral Theology, CSLIPastor William L. "Bill" Kynes is the Senior Fellow for Pastoral Theology at the C.S. Lewis Institute, and retired Senior Pastor of Cornerstone, an Evangelical Free Church, in Annandale, VA, where he served from 1986 - 2022. He was an undergraduate at the University of Florida with a major in philosophy. There he also played quarterback and was later inducted into the university’s Athletic Hall of Fame. He attended Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar, receiving an MA in theology. He received an MDiv from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, before returning to England for a PhD in New Testament from Cambridge University. From 1997-1999, he served as an adjunct professor in New Testament for the Trinity Evangelical Divinity School Washington, DC, Extension Program.

Catherine Sanders, Author, is a former Fellow at the C. S. Lewis Institute and lives in Falls Church, Virginia. She has worked as a speechwriter for the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Previously she worked at the Corporation for National and Community Service and the U.S. Department of Justice. She spent eight years in journalism–in print, radio, and television. Her book, Wicca’s Charm: Understanding the Spiritual Hunger Behind the Rise of Modern Witchcraft and Pagan Spirituality was published by Random House’s Shaw imprint in 2005.
