Mike Fleischmann

Mike Fleischmann, serves as the Senior Pastor of Bethany Bible Church, a multi-generational, multi-cultural congregation. Mike earned his Doctorate from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, a Master of Divinity in Expositional Ministry from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon and a Bachelor Degree in Management from Corban University in Salem, Oregon. Mike has served as the Vice President of Personnel for Missions Door, a global family of ministries with more than 800 churches across the United States and 300 missionaries around the world. He has also served as a professor of theology and evangelism at Western Seminary and Corban University. He is a sought-after conference speaker as well as a frequent writer on leadership, pastoral ministry, and the spiritual life.
