Richard Lovelace
Richard Lovelace, (1931 – 2020) was professor emeritus of church history at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He authored many books, most notably: Dynamics of a Spiritual Life, Homosexuality and the Church, and The American Pietism of Cotton Mather. Lovelace was primarily interested in the subjects of spiritual awakening, revival, and renewal in the Church. He has also authored numerous articles in addition to his books. Lovelace received his ThD from Princeton Theological Seminary.
