Stuart McAlpine
Pastor, Teaching Fellow, CSLIStuart McAlpine is a teaching fellow at the C.S. Lewis Institute and the founding pastor of Christ our Shepherd Church located on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. He speaks at churches and conferences around the world and lectures for the C.S. Lewis Institute Fellows Program. His most recent book is: Here’s Hoping: Recovering Hope for Heaven and Earth. Stuart has a great knowledge of and love for the works of C.S. Lewis. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a Master’s degree in Theology from Cambridge University in Great Britain.

Thomas A. Tarrants

Thomas A. Tarrants is President Emeritus of the C.S. Lewis Institute. After serving twelve years as president and nine years as vice President, he retired from his position as Vice President for Ministry and Director, Washington Area Fellows Program, with CSLI in June 2019. He holds a Master's of Divinity Degree, as well as a Doctor of Ministry Degree in Christian Spirituality. Tom is an ordained minister in the Evangelical Church Alliance and a member of the Evangelical Theological Society. He spends his time writing, mentoring, consulting and traveling. His life story is told in Consumed by Hate, Redeemed by Love, published by Thomas Nelson Publishers.

Professor
Jonathan M. Lunde, is professor of New Testament at Talbot School of Theology. He earned his MDiv at Lutheran Brethren Seminary, and ThM and PhD at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Prior to coming to Talbot, he taught for seven years at Trinity College in Deerfield, Illinois, and also has local church ministry experience. He is the author of Following Jesus, the Servant King: A Biblical Theology of Covenantal Discipleship. He has also authored various articles and book chapters.

W. Bingham Hunter, is vice president and academic dean at Phoenix Seminary. He previously served as professor of New Testament and senior vice president and dean of education at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, professor of Bible exposition and academic dean at Talbot School of Theology, and visiting professor at Western Seminary and the Associated Canadian Theological Seminaries. He authored The God Who Hears and Praying When Life Hurts (IVP Booklets.) He earned his PhD from the University of Aberdeen.

Marlise Streitmatter

Marlise Streitmatter, CSLI Fellow, is Senior Advisor for North American Affairs at the World Bank, a multilateral institution whose mission is to reduce poverty around the world. In that capacity, she oversees the bank's government and stakeholder relations with two of its major shareholders, Canada and the U.S. Marlise is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Springfield, and a former Fellow and current volunteer at the C.S. Lewis Institute. A native of the congressional district once represented by Abraham Lincoln, Marlise still maintains strong Central Illinois ties and often returns to visit her nephew and four nieces. She is lives in Alexandria, Virginia, and worships at Christ the King.

He is also an influential evangelical pastor. Most known for his best-selling study called Experiencing God, he has also authored many other books and articles. Blackaby's lifetime of work has had a significant impact upon the religious life of many evangelicals in the United States and Canada. His books have been translated into more than 40 languages and have had worldwide influence.
