Dr. Maureen Bennett, was invited to become a mentor on the CSLI Fellows Programme in 2017. She joined the Board in 2019. Maureen lives in Donaghadee and is Deputy Clerk of Session and co-convenor of the Discipleship Team at Bangor West Presbyterian Church. Prior to retirement, Maureen was Assistant Chief Inspector in the Education and Training Inspectorate. Before that she taught English, and post-retirement worked on a literacy research project at Stranmillis College, as a consultant on an EU project in Serbia and for a short time was acting Principal of Belfast Bible College.  Maureen is currently on the Board of Governors of Stranmillis University College. She enjoys walking, cycling, reading, photography, travel and golf.
