Dale Hayden, CSLI City Director, is the Director of the C.S. Lewis Institute Naples. He has over 30 years of experience in the in the financial services industry serving as Chief Human Resources Officer for several large banks. Dale is a relationship coach, counselor and teaches family and marriage workshops for churches. Dale is a 1972 graduate of West Virginia University with degrees in organizational and clinical psychology. He and his wife Carole live in Bonita Springs, FL, and have two adult children, three grandchildren and attend the First Presbyterian Church of Bonita Springs.
